Can I add the date and page number?
Yes. Use {data} for today's date, {pagina} for the page number and {total} for the total number of pages. Example: Page {pagina} of {total}.
Does the text go over the content?
The text is written near the edge, inside the margin you choose. If the document fills the whole page, increase the margin or use a smaller font.
