How do I mark where to cut?
Press play and click “Cut here” at the exact point, or use “equal parts” and “every X seconds”. Drag the black lines to adjust and click × to remove a cut.
Can I discard a part?
Yes. Untick the part in the list and it is not exported. That way you can remove a piece from the middle, for example.
Does it work for WhatsApp Status and Stories?
Yes. Use “every 30 seconds” for WhatsApp Status or “every 60 seconds” for Instagram Stories.
What is fast cut?
It does not re-encode the video, so it is almost instant and does not lose quality. But the cut happens at the nearest keyframe, which can be up to about 2 seconds off the marked point.
