WhatsApp booking widget for websites (service, day and time): what it is for
Add a simple booking widget to your website: the customer picks the service, the day and the time, types their name and sends the request, fully written out, to your WhatsApp. You set the services, with duration or price, the opening weekdays, the time slots, how many days ahead are shown, the minimum notice and closed dates such as holidays.
Today only shows the times that have not passed yet, and days without service are left out. Since there is no server, the slot is not reserved on its own: you confirm or reschedule in the WhatsApp chat. The code is lightweight HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with big buttons for phones.
How to use
- Write the services and time slots.
- Tick the opening days and closed dates.
- Test it in the preview and copy the code.
When to use it
- Hair salons and barbershops.
- Beauty clinics and nail studios.
- Repair shops, pet shops and studios.
Frequently asked questions
Is the time slot reserved automatically?
No. The customer sends a booking request on WhatsApp and you confirm it in the chat. Since there is no server, the tool cannot know which slots are already taken. For many businesses that is even better: you confirm, reschedule or offer another time in the same place where you already talk to customers.
Can I block holidays and days off?
Weekdays without service are already left out. For specific dates, such as holidays and vacations, write them in the Closed dates field, one per line, in day/month format.
How many days ahead can the customer choose?
You decide. The default is 14 days. Today only shows the times that have not passed yet, counting the minimum notice you choose.
Is it really free?
