How do I set exact sizes?
Click the room and type the width and length in meters in the fields above, with one decimal (3.5). Dragging the small corner square changes the size in steps of 10 centimeters.
How is the area calculated?
Width times length of each room, in square meters. The total area is the sum of the rooms (the usable area, without the walls). For the built area, also add the thickness of the walls, usually 15 to 20 cm.
