How do I write a task?
Task name : id, start, duration. The start can be a date (2026-11-09) or after id_of_another_task, to begin when another one ends. The duration goes in days (5d), weeks (2w) or hours (8h).
How do I mark a task as done, in progress or a milestone?
Put done, (done), active, (in progress) or crit, (critical) before the id. A milestone is a task with milestone, and a 0d duration, shown as a diamond.
What is a Gantt chart?
It is a schedule in horizontal bars, one per task, over a timeline. It shows what happens in parallel, what depends on what and when the project ends.
